WHAT IT DOES

• Install Quote: Central AC, heat pump or gas furnace by tonnage and SEER (or AFUE). Optional coil, air handler and thermostat from a Settings catalog. Suggested install hours from your base + tons rules, with overrides for duct work and extras. Cost, price and profit.
• Maintenance: Basic, Standard and Premium annual tiers from Settings, or a custom annual price, with visits and inclusions.
• Pricing engine: loaded labor (pay + burden), trip fee, overhead %, labor markup, material markup, minimums and dollar rounding — all editable.
• Printable US-Letter customer quote: turn service, install and/or maintenance on or off, add tax and deposit, terms and a signature line.
• Job Log: status, dates, quoted $, deposit, paid and balance, with a short summary at the top.

HOW IT WORKS

1. In Settings, enter your pay rate, burden, fees, markups, minimums and sales tax. Edit the equipment catalog costs and maintenance tier prices.
2. Fill Service Quote and/or Install Quote and pick a maintenance tier.
3. On Quote, choose which scopes to include, enter the customer, then print or save as PDF. Track the job on the Job Log.
