Snow Removal Bid & Season Kit: Per-Push Pricing, Seasonal Contracts, Storm Log and Invoices (Excel + Google Sheets)

Price every snow push from your own costs, compare a flat season contract with per-push billing, log each storm and print invoices that apply the season cap.

WHAT IT DOES

  • Per-push price: driveway or lot area and walk area, divided by your clearing rate and multiplied by a depth-tier time factor (2-4 in, 4-8 in, 8+ in). Adds setup and drive time, truck and walk equipment, overhead, then your margin and minimum charge.
  • A price for every depth tier at once, for rate cards and customer quotes.
  • Salt and ice-melt add-on per trip: pounds from area and spread rate, your material cost and markup, plus salting time.
  • Seasonal contract: flat season price (pushes and salt included, in installments) vs. per-push with a season cap vs. plain per-push, at the number of pushes YOU expect. Shows trigger depth, profit, break-even push counts and a what-if table.
  • Route & job log: one row per stop per storm with pushes, salt trips, minutes and materials. Address, plan, charges and labor hours fill in.
  • Customer list with each customer's plan, prices, cap and trigger depth, and season totals pulled from the log.
  • Printable US-Letter invoice or statement for any customer and date range, with the season cap applied and flat-season installments.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • 1 .xlsx workbook with 7 tabs: Start Here, Settings, Per-Push Calculator, Seasonal Contract, Route & Job Log, Customers, Printable Invoice
  • A short buyer guide (PDF) with setup steps and how to open it in Google Sheets

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Enter your crew rate, truck and equipment cost, overhead, margin, minimum charge and salt costs in Settings.
  2. Price a property on the Per-Push Calculator, then compare season options on Seasonal Contract.
  3. Add customers, log each storm, and print the invoice or statement.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Digital download. Nothing is shipped.
  • Works in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (free Google account). Uses standard formulas only; no macros, no add-ons. No tabs are locked.
  • It does not forecast snowfall. Push counts are numbers you enter from your own records.
  • Every rate in the file is an example default. Change it to fit your market. They are not industry standards.
  • All names, addresses and storms in the sample data are fictional.
  • This is a pricing tool, not tax, legal, insurance or accounting advice.
  • Made by Expanse Ventures with help from AI tools. Every formula was recalculated and checked against a separate model before listing.
  • Because it's a digital file, we can't take returns. If a file doesn't work, message us and we'll fix it.
